Are we in court with Noront over the staking still?

Is Noront still contesting the staking or not?

Is the North South case going back to court or not? I would like to see KWG be compensated for all the delays and loss of opportunity.

If the FN want the chromite mined first? Then I believe the loss of value to KWG is real and a large settlement is in order to compensate KWG.

I would also like to know if KWG and NOT are talking partnerships and/or settling disputes about court proceedings.

Now that NOT is considered and insider of KWG I believe we should be informed of the goings on.

I do not believe in hush agreements or gag orders. We shareholders have a right to know. If market prices swing up or down because of speculative information so be it. Let shareholders know the status quo and manage their portfolios accordingly.

All compainies have a PR rep. Why should we have to get news from media on normal course of business? Would they prefer if all shareholders created a flash call on the Companies? Flash meetings, Flash mobs, Flash inquiries?? Is this not the new rage?

Would it not be easier to just have the PR rep give news releases regularly. Is this too much of a cost to bear... if so well let us know that at least.
