Well, if September has been given as a date there is a reason. Perhaps instead of spending cash on exploration of B.H. they intend to pursue development of the patented process, so that it can be shown to be commercially viable. Six months seems a reasonable time for this.

If the necessary tests go as hoped, money should be available from then, while the claims will also be secured. By September we will be getting close to time for next winter's winter roads, and permits for them - good for getting out larger bulk samples.

Being on the smaller exchange will mean less expense while markets generally continue to be 'difficult'.

The whole easement appeal & counter-appeal thing should have played out by that time also. In any case KWG could begin on their pipeline, whether CLF wins or KWG wins doesn't matter for this. If CLF wins, and a new interpretation of the laws that gives any company the right to build infrastructure anywhere they choose is established, that means no permission from other parties (such as CLF) is needed for KWG to build their transport infrastructure - good for the goose, good for the gander, right? If KWG wins, then they have priority over the route by long established law. Subject to environmental assessments and permits etc.
