Agreed fully that there is a need for a deep pocket who is more friendly than CLF to get anything going with the chromite development. Yes, we need $billions from the private sector, plus a firm backing from the governments.

Without this political blessing no deep-pocket would be brave enough step in. Hope that the blessing would come in after the meeting between the 2 ministers in early January 2015.
