I believe FNC had some 10million shares of KWG, and has sold most of those of the last few months, at prices of 3.5c to 6c.
"The Company received 10,000,000 shares from KWG Resources Inc., a public company, at $0.05 per share, for $500,000 pursuant to the
option and joint venture agreement entered into with Bold Ventures Inc. on
March 4, 2013 (see Note 7).
During September and October, 2014, the Company disposed 2, 388,000 of KWG’s sharesat a price of $0.04 per share, 1,952,000 at a price of $0.045 per share, 1,155,000 at a price of $0.05 per share,1,000,000 at a price of $0.055 per share and 520,000 at a price of $0.06 per share, for total proceeds of $327,310. The remaining 2,985,000 shares were subsequently disposed at $0.035 - $0.04 per share. The quoted market price of the shares of KWG was $0.045 as at October 31, 2014"
