I would not mind having some of those 0.005 wts myself, lol.

A possible reason for not exercising the 10M wts long ago could be that the timing was not "quite right" (whatever this means). Perhaps, Frank was not after small gains and when the ducks (or most of them) appeared to lined all up he chose to strike. It just like "an ace up the sleeve" shall one say...sorry, sorry,... I should modify that a bit: It's his "trump card" (not something up the sleeve) that he wanted to wait for the right time to play it to get some shoes money and ~9M shares to beef up his own (potential future $ and voting power) war chest.

This move is good for us small retails (but some of us got quite a few M shares as well, so if the sp goes up to $1 level, many would be added to the list of millionnaires...nice dream which could become reality). It's always good to have a CEO with enough of his own skin on the company (unlike some CEOs who own no stocks of the company...They are there just just to collect big fat cheques...and a good life, while the companies are going downhill).

Just wondering if Frank (and his insider and other friends) got any more wts sitting around waiting to be exercised.
