I don't know if this is the reason sapo but one possibility.

The buy was 10 million at .005 = $50,000

He sold 1 million at .05 = $50,000

Break even and have 9 million more shares.

Then sell 150,000 at .08 =$12,000 cash.

It said those were sold privately. I don't know how that works so I am just assuming that it would be to family or friends. He would not want to screw friends so if I am think correctly, selling at .08 is a very positive sign.
