KWG Resources 282,500 shares for services

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 282,500 common shares at a deemed issue price of five cents per share in settlement of certain services provided to the company, as announced on Dec. 5, 2013.

Number of creditor: One creditor

The company will issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt is extinguished.
