there will be no appeal....end of story....Cliffs amateurish attempt at an unprecedented grab of KWG's claims as governed by the Ontario mining act, was folly from the beginning.....no one has ever been granted a 300 KM long easement, for the building of a railway/road....and in any case, KWG was granted premission for use of the claims for other purposes than mining....KWG spent 15 million dollars on the drilling and surveying the claims that CLF wanted to expropriate(steal)...
