Please, give your opinion or express your worries, but refrain from rendering 2 cents advices! Have you read the IC? If yes have a second read because saying that it is a roll-back is absolutely false. The proposed capital reorganization is absolutely not a consolidation of shares or a roll-back. I believe that the subordinate shares and the special shares will act in a similar way than long-range warrants reacts to the common shares of a corporation, that is proportionnally. Why creating them in the first place? To open the door to new deals, new shareholders, new strategies. In these crucial times in the RoF, our Management asks their stakeholders to support them. I don't have to know everything Frank has in mind. I know the man from his past actions. And I'm satisfied with that. I voted FOR. My humble opinion. GLTA.
