2/3 is a lot of votes! Many shareholders think that this is a Consolidation of shares operation which it is not.
My guess is that they do have Cliffs votes but they are still missing a few million votes to get the 2/3 needed... Bruce is certainly at work day and night trying to get more 'PRO' proxies!
