Ken - I find the provincial and federal governments building the north-south road for multiple party use (for the benefit of Canadians, the economy, the common good, etc.) quite concerning...IMO it is starting to sound more like the beginning of a move to expropriate KWG's claims rather than Cliffs strictly looking for an easement for their own interests.

I think if (IMO WHEN) the Commissioner declines Cliffs application for easement, the issue will then become the governments moving in to take the land from KWG for common use and benefit.
