Without arguing with your point FH451, because I do understand your perspective, I would like to add the following... Cliffs still has a fiduciary obligation to its own shareholders; by association we would benefit from the info but they (Cliffs shareholders) have a "right" to this information.
If the drilling has indeed confirmed a significant increase in chromite resources, (which in itself is material information), Cliffs must allow all its shareholders to obtain the information in a timely fashion and through a public or distributed manner...witholding from KWG is one thing...witholding from its own shareholders quite another; especially, in light of the recent lackluster performance of Cliffs stock price...
But then again it would be Cliffs first "puckup"...let's see if they start acting like responsible adults for once...
