F (not C as in Celsius in Canada), agreed fully that it was a good move from Frank. Might as well have the NI update done by yourself rather than leave it with CLF, since there would be no incentive for CLF to do anything about this. Presumably, if the NI update is commissioned by KWG, there would be no need/obligation to give CLF a copy? LOL.
