...and now:

- Proposed refurbishing of our heavy share float (quiet and harmless reduction of OS and creation of a not-to-be-listed Special Shares Class for financing or acquisition (???) purposes)

- Proposed Continuation to CBC Act and moving HO to Toronto;

- Proposed Modernization of By-Laws;

Much done, don't you think? Not the kind of cleanup a moribund company would be ready to do... I believe something important could be announced circa April 1st... Not to mention Cliffs which has now a red target on its back... Speculations anyone?
