Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
I hope that you do get your balance of 92,000 at .085 (104,000-12,000) because I am in the queue somewhere behind you, but for not near as many.
DDI shares will commence trading on the CNSX on Dec. 13. Dec. 15 is the date of record and shares will be distributed to us on Dec.28.
I called KWG today and asked Bruce where the shares will come from when trading commences on Dec. 13, if we don't receive them until Dec.28. He said that there are enough shares currently out to people involved with DDI to initiate trading. The intent is to establish a market before distributing the shares to KWG shareholders of record.
So, if DDI starts to trade upwards when it comes out of the chute then perhaps the share price of KWG does in fact increase prior to the close on the 15th. That of course would be on the assumption that if you did buy KWG at a higher price, that the DDI shares will remain up until you at least receive your DDI shares.
Conversely, if those people with DDI shares start to dump them on the 13th and the share price drops significantly, then KWG could drop prior to the close on the 15th. Remember, the price of KWG will be adjusted down to reflect the spin off of DDI. That is to be done when DDI commences trading on the 13th. So, it does matter if DDI drops in the first couple of days.
I certainly agree with your comment; "KWG has a lot of potential in the medium and long term. DDI probably also has potential."
I just don't now about the rest of your comment; "But for the very short term, ie. the next couple weeks, there is no special reason to jump into KWG." I understand what you are saying but I personally think it could go either way. There could very well be a good reason to buy more KWG if DDI shares start to rise but there is also a case for me to remove my bid at .085.
I guess that is always a concern with any stock and I am pleased that I currently have a good position in KWG, for me at least, which is currently at a profit.
Anyway, good luck to all of us. We should all prosper by this in the long run.
