Such a nice move by Frank Smeenk to address 3P's requirement for moving forward to the next step.

There is no way CLF can match this, unless it would ride on KWG's coattails as its 100% subsidiary (a Canadian company which is fully qualified for Cdn government fundings, and has a reputation for working extremely well with the FNs and the local communities.
