Agreed totally, assuming that nobody (underline is mine) = CLF? haha.
Remember also that CLF is the one that is boxed in, by quite a few layers. While KWG can join force with NOT (and FNC, and PRB) to develop their properties and ship the DSO stuff by truck initially (to generate some cash flow) and RR later. KWG does not have to chase CLF for the development of BD, since it will be the otherway around. Picture CLF with hats in hand asking nicely for the use of our RR.
My guess is that Baosteel would take, for sure, all the Ni, Chromite. If Baosteel is not interested in taking the PGwhatever, then the PGwhatever can be sold separately to other customers. I reckon it would not be difficult to sell Platinum and Gold...
