It is very frustrating taht we cannot have access to these agreements through sedar or KWG web site... We have to figure things with pieces taken here and there, and from rumours and words-of-mouth...
I tried to find something in 2009 NRs and FS about DDI vs CLiffs, but cannot... I'll email Bruce or Chris, and come back with their answer, if any. I still doubt that Cliffs shares would be excluded from a legitimate dividend, be it a share dividend. A common share is a common share and a dividend declared on common shares give the bearer the right to get its prorated portion of whatever is paid to the shareholders. It's not the the 'holder' who is entitled to a dividend, but the 'shares', whoever hold them...
