I was told that Cliffs had signed away all rights to Debut Diamonds when they did their PP...if this is correct, then I don't understand the rationale behind your comment goodheart...based on Cliff's KWG holdings, it would represent 6,000,000 shares of DDI...why would they do that when Cliffs has been penny pinching all the way. The last I heard from KWG IR is that the relationship was cordial and civil, but that it will boil down to Cliffs agreeing to develop the BD first or KWG halting the progress on the development of the RR. Who suffers more damage if it comes to that?
