Good points...agree with all of it. I don't think that whomever decides to come after us will only buy the 30% of KWG in BD, but probably a lot more. Additionally, wrt dumping shares to go down to 10% or less...Cliffs would then, have to wait a year to make a hostile take-over bid. That would take them way beyond the 1 April deadline.
