Hello Le Penseur, What surprised me was KWG's belief (the possibility of) a CLF JV and actually becoming a partner in BD and all that that encompasses. If you accept the fact that CLF doesn't want to be involved in the financing or building and running of the railroad, then it's not that far fetched to see that a JV could work. Maybe it is advantages for CLF's to have a Canadian jv partner(Canda Chrome?).

....it's all guessing at this point, but what happened today looks like it will help the whole process along. We'll see how much of the $3mill PP CLF's takes(or not).
