I also had a good discussion with Bruce Hodgman and I concur with all that you have indicated, if only to add a few things that were said to me. This move was also done in light of the fact that the court process could potentially be delayed until April which would seriously compromize KWG's "would-be" bargaining position not to mention the legal costs to bear.

KWG's focus is now refocused on maximizi the incredible future returns from the Big Daddy even if it means becoming partners with Cliffs, the prov / fed governments and the Chinese investors, and looking towards a long-term JV instead of the short-term take-over price. Why fight Goliath if there a chance that he could become an ally.

30% of the revenues from the Big Daddy, represents approx. 3 to 5 hundred million per year which would certainly build a strong foundation for an exploration / mining company and would certainly bring great value to the SH as capital appreciation or in the form of a possible dividend.

He did not close the door on the possibility of attracting institutional investors with an RS and/or building up the value over time in conjunction with the development of the RR. IMO it's all good and this is being reflected in the SP today...large volume and most of it at 11.5.
