Again on the opening, someone dumps a number of shares at .115 just to set the tone for the rest of the day and then it goes back to the solid bid - ask .115 - .12. How much longer are we going to be handcuffed in this apparent strangehold? Why does management not do something to move the situation forward?

Maybe management is part of it.

If you recent recent history with Spider, the price was floating around in the double digits for a bit and then as soon as it dropped, Cliffs pounced with an offer that was "substantially better than market value, based upon the previous closing price." Well, in my books, if you have something trading at 10 cents, and it drops to five for one day, and then another company offers 10 cents, then that company is paying pretty close to recent historical averages, not a "200% markup."

I had assumed that KWG would hold in a narrow range for a couple months, although I believe, if memory serves correctly, that my estimate (posted here) was in the 12.5 to 13.5 range.

I think that having a narrow trading range for a lengthy period of time is a good thing. Considering the markets and the time of year, in theory, downward pressure should be the norm. I feel lucky that it's held where it has.

Although of course, we all hope that the true value is closer to the 24-30 cent range. But no worries, just sit back and remember that patience is a virtue ...
