I spoke to Georgeson about an hour ago and expressed my dissatisfaction with the whole process,timing,national holidays, no extension to deadline until tuesday,etc.,etc. He documented it all and is sending it on to CLFs. Spokeperson stated that others have/are expressing such concerns and he does not know what CLF will do about it,if anything,but the message got through loud and clear. He seemed to be aware of KWG,s release today and that there are SPQ investors recinding their tenders. Time will tell where all this ends.
