KWG is operator. They now have 2.3 million in cash with no dilution. The Spider takeover was going to happen at some point but Cliffs obtained this feat before any major new news came out. Now KWG can drill and find the next big strike, at which time they will be bought out at a much higher price then Spider. Did KWG sell Spider out for their own gain?
