after all this you still dont see how clifs oporates...

kwg now sits with 6mm in the bank give or taker a penny...

they are the oporator for the nest year..

they dont need to kake a pp for quite a while

they may be joint ventured with clifs who is not an explorer by the way..

so here is how i see it; kwg goes back in the corner licks its wounds, cliffs goes back to the states.. says ok kwg good explorer work with them for a while wont sell a share because we will eventually own it anyway and our bye in so far is cheap..we used to work well with frank so have frank apologies for leaving early from the table and kiss kiss carry on..

still lots of ground work to do let kwg do it while we line up the financials...

1- 2 yrs down the road cliffs will try kwg on again by this time we will be at .08-.10c but will have proved feasability because it is cliffs turn at funding that year... then cliffs offers kwg 4 for the chromite and buys back a portion of nsr.....

kwg has money right now so good time to break off and fund dd..

under this scenario i dont see a downside in the near term, our shares have costs us peanuts to date
