If KWG intends to propose amendments to the SPQ/KWG Letter Agreement (which I believe they'll do), in order to 'match' the Cliffs 'proposal to offer' @ 16 ¢ I think an independant valuation would serve them well. It has to be out very soon, though, since there are only 4 days left to file the proposed amendments...

All is needed here is a statement from the Spider BoD saying that pursuant to the Letter Agreement, as amended, the Cliffs proposal is no more a Superior Offer from a financial standpoint and in their 'fiduciary' opinion. Period. How will it be achieved? Dunno.... Frank Smeenk is a warrior, let's see what he will show! And body Neil doesn't want Cliffs for a minute!
