At this point I dont think they have an option to not continue with the valuation. The advantage now falls to them because they can now hold the results or release them. If they pay they hold the cards.

They should make sure the valuation is completed asap.

At this point we need SPQ to complete the merger. KWG will have top offer a little better incentive.
