Looks like sp made a higher-high a few days ago. Technically, during this next cycle, if sp can hang above the last low and the lower BB - it might be a reasonably safe time to add to or start a position. That might be around the 4.60'ish mark and may be a little while, possibly a week or more of trading days. Possibly sooner or later depending on when the trend reverses.

It would be safer to wait for a definite uptrend after the next low to make sure it is actually a higher-low. Might not get the bottom, but always good to be as safe as possible.
