Announcement about looking for a turnaround is a reasonable PR but seemed to scare off investors and spec players. Always tough to make rough times look good. Was wondering why such a sell-off happened after SP seemed to be hanging in there, actually pretty well, at just about the previous low. Then the PR.

Technicals show continued Bearishness. Lower-low made and OBV showing dispersion, pretty much since the beginning of the month (possible leak of this PR). Stoch and Mac are Momma Bears with cubs. SP is running below 14 day MA - Bearish. Good news could make these all do a 180. May see another upswing from cost-averaging and spec players thinking sp is a "deal."

Suggest not adding or starting a new position until a higher-high is made along with a higher-low. That is the technical part. Plus, fundamentally, the Company needs to make their numbers.
