So what are they up to?

With Vanchester's last post we see the UMJ tally upped by another 1,235,000 UMJ shares acquired at market Filing date Oct 14-18, it looks like the tally is somehwere around 10,138,000 shares of UMJ owned by ISM. ( Looking like +15% ownership now)

As of the previous INK report, ISM bought another 750K of UMJ Oct 12/10.

According to the last URSA/ISM update in Sept 07/10, they stated they acquired another 1,303,500 shares to make the total as of that NR 8,153,500 common shares of the Company, representing 12.56% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company

IMO They have some more buying to do if they want to hit 20% ownership.

Recall from their first NR back in July

"Inspiration Mining Corporation effected the transaction for investment purposes. Inspiration Mining Corporation purchased the common shares through the facilities of the TSX.

Inspiration Mining Corporation may, depending on market and other conditions, each increase or decrease its respective beneficial ownership, control or direction over common shares of the Company, through market transactions, private agreements, treasury issuances, exercise of convertible securities or otherwise."
