I'll add my two-bits Van. With what you just posted it looks like ISM must be getting very very close to the 20% mark of ownership. Once thats met they must disclose their "true" intentions, LOL. Then I would suspect that it will be a way for this company to try to re-invent itself and try to attract a new shareholder base.
Sort of similiar to what GCR has just done and that other Shaw Dome company will be doing soon.
Until that happens the new President and COO (which has zero mining experience) has no shareholders to meet with. A great job if you can get it. Wonder what it will pay. Will the CEO take a pay cut now since his duties are sooooo clawed back?
