Whaler, you asked. I already said the spin off will not be done until the end of this year. That is based on 1) past history of anything getting done correctly and/or promptly, 2) how many times that Miller and the Board travel/vacation in Europe, and 3) if Miller continues to take the entire summers off. Throw in a shareholders vote which will probably be delayed due to printing errors in the prospectus. Maybe make it summer of 2011 for my prediction.
