Anyone care to guess how long it may take to get re-organized with this endeavor on the proposed restructuring in order to satisfy both the TSX and themselves.

I have said before that when it does become "ready to present" I would think that this should now proceed as matter of course and should really be no different than what we saw wrt Exeter and their spinout example. The shareholder vote and or a special meeting are required to progress it as well.

Again all we can do is wait and assume it is the priority project at the ISM HQ?
