If its Penson doing the buying, NCIB or not, I would not say that is a vote of confidence. If it were a house that was more non-arms length then you can give it a positive spin.

Wonder what took Mr Davis so long to start dumping those excerised options. Good for him anyway. He should have done that sooner as he left some money on the table.
