Today is not the first time we have seen the new QP's name attached to an ISM news release. He was named on the last Desrosiers update as well (Nov 24/09)

"The Qualified Person who prepared the technical data in this release is Andre Ciesielski, DSc., P. Geol."

Some may recognize the name as well as he was involved in neighboring Starfire Minerals property as a technical consultant. FYI He is also known as Dr. Andre Ciesielski
