Welcome To The Inspiration Mining HUB On AGORACOM

The company is exploring for nickel deposits on its Langmuir property near Timmins, Ontario; for nickel-gold-copper on its Cleaver and Douglas properties; and for molybdenum and rare earth elements at recently acquired Desrosiers property.

It's interesting in that we all seem to forget about our other properties and it's activity, given all the focus on the recent Micon report and admittedly ISM's own focus on Langmuir. But looking at Cleaver details, there could be some interesting activity here as we go forward. Here's what today's news told us and I will also paste the blurb from the company website. Goldbugs rejoice!! As high as 15 oz./t. is nothing to sneeze at.

So looking at today's news, I would expect we can expect to start seeing assays announced from Cleaver in the future. They have stated they have drilled in 2009 (22 holes) and will be drilling in 2010 (Jan/10). It would seem that whatever they saw initially was encouraging enough to start staking more property and proceed to drill targets in 2010 (6000 meters)

There seems to be a discrepancy on where exactly the 22 holes have been drilled when looking at the MD&A and the Website info. Looking like the MD&A has more detail on what is what.

Cleaver Property

Previous exploration activities utilizing Reverse Circulation Drilling (RCD) within the central portion of the property returned values in the overburden ranging from 0 ppm up to 3,110 ppm (0.30%) of copper and from 0 ppb up to 521,460 ppb (15.209 oz/t) gold. The known Flinsky copper-zinc showing is located approximately 2.3km southwest of the property.

Drilling of EM conductors in the eastern Cleaver Township gold property was commenced in January 2010. The additional drilling program (consisting 6,000 meters) will target historical high gold values discovered near the bedrock in deep RC till sampling. Diamond drill cores from a late 2009 program on the western side of the property are being logged and sampled. The Cleaver property mineralization is either from gold-rich quartz and carbonate vein systems in volcanics, or gold-enriched zones in volcanogenic sulphide-rich substrate.

The Cleaver Property consists of 13 mining claims containing 192 mining claim units and is located in the northeastern portion of Cleaver Township. The western portion of the property is underlain by felsic metavolcanics and metasediments, which are then overlain by peridotitic komatiites. Numerous airborne electromagnetic anomalies are located at or near the komatiite lower contact. This unit has not been explored for either base metal or nickel mineralization. The eastern portion of the property is underlain by felsic metavolcanics with numerous airborne electromagnetic anomalies and mafic metavolcanics."

From the website:

Cleaver Property

As of June 30th, 2009, Inspiration Mining Corporation has completed 22 drill holes on its Cleaver Property. The main targets tested were ground geophysical anomolies. The diamond drill evaluation program is ongoing.

Previous exploration activities utilizing Reverse Circulation Drilling (RCD) within the central portion of the property returned values in the overburden of up to 3,110 ppm of copper and up to 521,460ppb of gold. The Flinsky copper-zinc showing is located approximately 2.3km (1.4 miles) southwest of the property.

Based on the preliminary information gathered the Company is proceeding to expand its claim holdings in this area. In that regard, the Company has brought under its control six additional claims encompassing 88 claim units totaling approximately 1,400 additional hectares (or 3,460 acres).

When completed, the new claims will include the entire gap between the Cleaver and the Douglas properties, and will include the claims adjacent to the eastern, northern and western borders of the Douglas Property."

From the Dec 09 MD&A:

A total of 22 drill holes were completed on the Cleaver and Douglas Property as of September 30th, 2009. Those totaled 6,480 meters on the Cleaver Property and approximately 1,500 meters of drilling on the Douglas Property.

The main targets tested were ground geophysical anomalies. The diamond drilling, as well as the evaluation of the logging, core reading, cutting and assaying, program is ongoing
