Some people far it hard to understand how beneficial it can be to have an existing hole in the ground, until they find out how much it costs to create one. Langmuir 1 is in such a situation where there is recently identified mineralization above & beyond the historical.

Langmuir2 N is an even better opportunity as an open pit
