The problem with my assumption and your thinking is that exactly, its an assumption. And assumptions as you know should never been assumed. That is only one way to look at it. If that is what it truely means, it may mean nothing at all in the big picture.

Maybe I should not have assumed that and listed the many other hundred assumptions that one could replace it with instead. Just one opinion thats all.

The one good thing about any repricing of warrants or options is that those potential units are fully accounted for in any dilution. And I would rather have that than the issue of more warrants for example.
