Whaler, I see that release as having 2 messages:

1. We are still not finished the 43-101 (no sh!t, Sherlock)

2. We are bailing out our warrant-holders to the tune of $4.6 million.

I believe message #1 was only included as a pathetic attempt to water down the effect of message #2. I have never liked adjusted warrant prices....

I think it stinks.
