Blue I don't think we had the matching accumulation in the most recent mid 40's. We were seeing new yr lows back then and It would be telling to go back and see how much CIBC bought back then?

The other possible is to think it's a guy from way back in time when it was in the 40's or lower is crazy. Imagine holding this much stock up tot he 7 dollar regions and back down to hear to sell now??

This seller is at it again today 25 of 36K are CIBC
