Afternoon RockLicker. Thanks for the info. The press release a coupe of days ago mentioned that they were prepared to send the first shipment by mid month. So, they have been producing product for that order. If they have had 10 days of production by mid month then they will be about 10% along the way to filling the order....hopefully a bit more. Perhaps another 10 days in December with a shut down at Xmas and that would leave about 80 days of work. It appears it will be tight but like you mentioned, if it is going to be close it probably won't matter much. I doubt that the LOI had a penalty clause for late delivery because HBK could not be certain of getting it done. Once the full cycle has been commissioned then future contracts may include a penalty clause. But, they may also include a bonus for each week of early delivery. Companies are sometimes willing to pay a premium as an incentive to be supplied on time.
