Just a few added comments if I may.
The Intial Aggregate Contract was signed for 100,000 tonnes back in Apr 05/2012, unknown $ price per tonne.
In March 25 2014 this was increased by a LOI to the sum of 150,000 tonnes of aggregate, unknown $ price per tonne.
My concerns is the time table for delivery based on the LOI.
It states the following....... for one year from the date of the LOI.
If this is case and based on Highbank's rate of production and Chauncey figures it will take 100 days to fill this order we may not make the set time of the LOI.
Although I'm sure North Shore Concrete will bend a little or re: negotiate with Highbank, because I'm sure the price is right.

NORTH COAST CONCRETE
Highbank Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: HBK) (the "Company" or "Highbank”) is pleased to announce that the
Company has signed a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with North Coast Concrete of Prince Rupert. North Coast Concrete
has committed to accept 150,000 tons of aggregate based on the ability of Highbank to meet the specifications and
delivery requirements as stipulated, for use in concrete to supply construction projects in the Port of Prince Rupert
and area, for one year from the date of the LOI.
