Roughrider spin-off and the cash used for development of our other properties sounds logical, I have to admit however that the sale of HAT (for cash or shares) with a premium, with the cash ending in my pocket and me taking the decisions how to use it looks more appealing to me. In my view there is a risk that our fortune from Roughrider could be slowly spent on developments that won't be by far as spectacular and rewarding as Roughrider. Just my opinion, maybe I am alone. vila
