Altitude,

I´m not so sure about the minimum 30% take-over premium and I wouldn´t like that sort of "premium" anyway (I´m looking more at a range of 300% plus, minimum). But you could be right with the current share price "suppression" !

Regarding take-over candidates, as per earlier discussion on this forum, I wouldn´t be surprised, looking at Denison´s recent development (and becoming our JV partner as well) that they might step-up to the plate and put in an (unfriendly) offer.
