Can you pls tell us what exactly Mr. Smith does,  and what all has he done for HPQ over the last 5 or 6 years?

Why is he on the Board? What is his role,  what are his duties, what is his function?

All that he seems to have done is get options for nothing, which he promptly sells. 

What is the relationship between you, the rest of the Board and him?

Can I get on the Board pls. I'd love to get options too.
