Actually, it's irritating.  

There's a big fat elephant in the room, and it's all these unanswered questions we've asked Him over the last few months.

They're all good, valid, relevant questions, none of them are frivolous, and they deserve an answer on this BT set up official channel for shareholders to ask questions.  

If he can find the time to do follow up video interviews that hardly provide much incremental value, then I don't see why He cannot answer our questions.
