Hi Bernard,

Hope all is well over there at HPQ headquarters. Things are a little quiet here, so I thought I'd keep the Agoracom discussions going.

1. Can you confirm that Beauce will now be listed on the TSX-V? If so, can you comment on what you see the benefits of listing on the TSX-V are compared to the CSE?

2. I see that our friend Fancamp announced government funding today. On the one hand I wish ours was announced already, but in the meantime I'm wondering if this means that FNC will stop bleeding HPQ shares. Do you see FNC selling drying up now? How many HPQ shares do they even have left?

Looking forward to updates on everything (purity testing, govt funding, pilot plant, spinout, etc.)!
