Baba, I expect numerous other cities filing or doing major workouts in the next 12-18 months in the US, Chicago is very close to bankrupcy with virtually no chance of a comeback without major debt relief. They will be large and small cities, the landscape if riddled with debt levels and unfunded liabilities that are simply not sustainable no matter how much smoke and mirrors are applied, don't waste the lipstick.
