BTW, I've never spoken to Mark before, and I found him to be very straightforward with ECU information. Obviously he can't share some things, but I was left with the impression that the major shareholders of both ECU and AUMN are totally in favor of this merger. Also he said that he was told that all shorts need to cover before this merger. I didn't ask at exactly what date this would be, but it may explain why we are seeing crazy things happening.
